Mô tả công việc

Job Description:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and validate business requirements and objectives.
Analyze and prioritize requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions to address business challenges.
Define, document business and functional requirements, use cases, and user stories.
Work closely with development/systems administration team and third parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements.
Create and maintain detailed system and project documentation: BRD, FSD, SRS, user manuals, etc.
Present and communicate complex concepts and analysis results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
Collaborate with QA teams to develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business requirements.
Use obtained knowledge during the requirement analysis and systems/applications implementation to design, plan and deliver user training.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Yêu cầu

Job Requirements:

Academic degree, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems and related technical areas; or equivalent working experience in the IT industry.
4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and techniques.
Fluent English communication to collaborate within an international team.
Experience with API integration in various platforms.
Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem solving skills and good critical thinking.
Experience in Logistics domain is added advantage.
