Analyzing and Idetifying:

Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements by given periods
Analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions;
Develope innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes;
Be proficient in inventing processes or systems and conducting tests, surveys, and workshops to ensure positive outcomes.
Collaboration:

Co-operate to other divisions/working team to excecute and improve business effectiveness and performance.
Build/ Consult for Guideline and instruction for company policies/procedure to make bussines smoothier and optimizing.
Delivery and modify all neccesary documents to improve business base on clear and logical analyzing.
Administration and Training:

Support to operate business direction to solve issues, improve working performance and optimize business figures/indexs
Connect to collect/consolidate and create overrall/detail reports that can identify issues and delivery solution to relevant teams.
Coach/training to help other team understand and follow direction/procedure to improve bussines.

Yêu cầu

Must have:

2+ years of Sales & Marketing in Business Analyst experience.
Basic Qualifications:

Communication and Presenting skills
Analytical and Technical Skills
Decision Making/ Problem-Solving and Work Planning Skills.
Mangerial Mindset and Skills.
Talent and aptitude to analyze and solve problems independently under high pressure
Referred and Plus:

Global CE & Life style product company experience.
Working knowledge of CRM software programs, such as Salesforce, Simple…
Education and Language:

An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred
English speaking and communication in spoken and written. (TOEIC 500 or similar certification for bussiness requierment)
Fluently Excel/Word/Power Point
